A Wisconsin Welcome
Our new church family was waiting for us on the new deck on the front of the parsonage. Our New Home Sweet Home

The help came from near and far...
to get everything packed into the truck, trailer, and two cars. This did not count a couple loads of FRAGILE boxes that were couriered at other times. With a little work...we are making our new home comfy and cozy! Come for a visit...or just take the tour here...
This is what we will call our WORKING LIBRARY!
A beautiful view of the autumnal backyard shouldn't be too distracting! They say there are deer in the neighborhood. I suppose when we clear the desk for the hunting gear and the arrows get caught in the cords of the computer mouse...we may have to re-think the layout of the room!Tuesday, September 15, 2009
Thankful and Grateful!
How can one be both with a sense of distinction? We are thankful for God's leading and recent ministering to us in our personal lives and bringing us to the privilege of serving Him once again in a full-time capacity. Perhaps the only way we can really show our thanks is by doing the best work we can for the Lord and love the folks here as best we can with the Lord's provision.
We are grateful for all the hard work that the folks here put forth in getting the parsonage ready for our moving in. They gave of their time and effort to accomplish a great deal and everything was so nicely done. How can you ever repay that kind of effort and care? The picture is of us on our first Sunday here in Hillsdale two days after we moved in. The cake and fellowship meal was a finishing touch to all the hard work accomplished in the previous days and weeks.
Many have prayed for us and many have stopped by and offered warm words of encouragement and introducion as we have been unpacking and putting things in the right places. It has all been a wonderful blessing.
So, I say again, we are thankful and grateful for each person involved and for the Lord's leading in all of our lives. God bless you all!

We're Here!
We are here as they say because we are not all there, eh? All is well as we are getting acquainted and making the necessary adjustments to life in the north country. Thanks for your prayers and we will communicate further. There were so many surprises and blessings of people in our first services from past years and present friendships! Humbly it was yet such a great blessing. However, I do not recommend later in life moving, it is an adventure not to be repeated. The next move is a flip of a match or an auction! God bless you all! And to all a good night!
