Fall in the Northwoods

This year we decided to go up to the cable cars at Lutsen.  You take the cable car to the top of Sawtooth Mountain and can enjoy the view from the lodge at the top.  It was breathtaking!  We decided that we would like to take friends and relatives up there sometime.  It was well worth the $.  It is nice being a SENIOR at times like this.

The sunrise over Lake Superior each morning was spectacular!  The Lake was as smooth as glass each morning.  What a wonderful reminder of our Great Creator God!

We took our annual fall trip up to Duluth during the peak colors.  The roads going to the cabin at Lake Nebagamon were blazing with color.  We remember a year back in the 70's when we took our vacation in September.  Kari was in kindergarten and Mari wasn't in school yet.  The colors were just as beautiful.  We captured those shots on slides.  Ah, the wonders of technology!
